Larry Fessenden's Horror Thriller Depraved Stitches Itself Together for a Summer Run

Larry Fessenden's (Wendigo) Frankenstein inspired horror feature Depraved will show throughout the Summer. The film has already been slated for two appearances at this year's Fantasia Film Festival, in Montreal. This title has already been announced at other film festivals, including: the Overlook Film Festival and the Sydney Film Festival. As well, Depraved is expected to show, via a wide release, this September; IFC Midnight will handle the release (Rue Morgue). In the film, an army medic is suffering from PTSD. He copes with the horrors he has scene by constructing a man, with various body parts. As well, Depraved stars: David Call ("The Sinner"), Joshua Leonard (The Blair Witch Project), Alex Breaux, Ana Kayne and others. A trailer, for Depraved, was released earlier this year and the clip can be found below.

At Fantasia, Depraved will have two showings. The first one begins on July 28th, followed by another on Monday, July 29th. The Fantasia Film Festival begins mid-July, with this year's festival offering lots of special events and World Premieres.

Also, IFC Midnight will show Depraved this September 13th. On this date, horror fans can find Fessenden's latest on Digital platforms and in a few select theatres. The latest details on this sci-fi thriller are below.
