Crime Thriller Blood on Her Name to Debut at this Year's Fantasia Film Festival

Blood on Her Name is another thriller which will have its World Premiere at this year's Fantasia Film Festival. The film involves a garage owner, who kills a stranger in self-defence. Now, Leigh (Bethany Anne Lind) must decide what to do next. Yellow Veil Pictures will represent the film as a sales agent. As well, Blood on Her Name stars: Will Patton (Remember the Titans) and Elizabeth Rohm (American Hustle). Very much a dramatic thriller, the film's latest stills are hosted here.

The long synopsis mentions Leigh and her attempts to get rid of the body. She cleans up the bloody scene, while scrambling to find a way to dispose of the corpse. Her father, a law enforcement officer, enters the scene and so does the deceased's girlfriend. Now, it is a race to get rid of the evidence, before her crimes are found out.

Blood on Her Name is the directorial debut of Matthew Pope. Described as a neo-noir or crime thriller, Blood on Her Name will be available on July 17th and the 19th, in Montreal.
