It Entices You into the Darkness: First Poster

Tagline: "You Will Float Too."

Warner Bros. Pictures has released a teaser poster for the upcoming feature It. The poster shows Pennywise (Bill Skarsgård), a balloon and a child, in a yellow slicker. As well, Warner Bros. has announced that a trailer for this feature will be released this week. Based on Stephen King's 1986 award winning novel, this is the second film adaption for the novel. The first was released in 1990, starring Tim Curry. This latest adaption stars Bill Skarsgård as Pennywise, along with several younger actors, including: Finn Wolfhard and Nicholas Hamilton. All of the latest material on this production is hosted here.

The novel and the synopsis talk of child disappearances. Children are going missing in the two of Derry, Maine. An evil clown is behind the missing children and his murderous history dates back over centuries.

The first graphic for the film is simplistic in design. It really only shows three items, plus the notations. The tagline: "you will float too" is central to the novel. Meanwhile, Pennywise is set to entice another victim. What is more villainous than a child killer, after all? The trailer for the film will be posted, once launched.

Release Date: September 8th, 2017 (Theatrical).

Director: Andrés Muschietti.

Writers: Stephen King, Gary Dauberman, Chase Palmer and Cary Joji Fukunaga.

Cast: Bill Skarsgård, Finn Wolfhard and Javier Botet.
