Zapruter Finalizing a Script on Monsters in the Woods

The latest Zapruter film to be produced is entitled Monsters in the Woods. Director Jason Horton (Trap) has already been by 28DLA earlier to discuss the film and Horton says that Monsters in the Woods will be loosely based on real events: "recently, I was talking to a producer about Trap and he told me he could not sell it unless I added in some monsters," (Horton) so now Horton's next project has creatures terrozing a film crew in the dead of night and deep in the wilderness. The film has only recently finalized a script, so more details are to come. In the meantime, have a look at this early concept poster for the film and have an early look at the film's synopsis here:

A short synopsis for Monsters in the Woods here:

"A low-budget film crew treks deep into the wilderness to shoot horror sequences for their unsellable indie-drama. They soon find themselves in the midst of their own horror show as they are hunted down real monsters" (Monsters).

Director/writer: Jason Horton.

Producer: Robert Bravo.
