The Jonestown Haunting is an upcoming horror title from director Andrew Jones (The Legend of Halloween Jack). This title takes place inside The People's Temple, which housed the cult of Jim Jones. In the film's story, one person has survived a mass suicide, in Africa. Now, Sarah (Tiffany Ceri) is determined to return to this tragic site, only to find it haunted by a supernatural element. 4Digital Media will release this title. And, The Jonestown Haunting stars: Derek Nelson (Pandamonium), Andromeda Godfrey (Hallows Eve), William Meredith and Harriet Rees. The film's first poster is listed here.
The official synopsis mentions Sarah becoming trapped at the former cult's location. Now, she must once again escape this cursed location, while battling the malevolent entities that linger there.
4Digital Media will release The Jonestown Haunting on DVD. On April 21st, this title will become available at most online retailers. Shot in Wales, this title has a runtime of 80 minutes and has not been rated. A trailer is coming soon for this United Kingdom shot indie thriller.
