All Haunted Apartment Parties End up in the Kitchen with this "Midnight Roast" Clip for 1BR

1BR is set to have its World Premiere in Montreal, at this year's Fantasia Film Festival. The film is the directorial feature debut of David Marmor and centrally stars Nicole Brydon Bloom; this is Bloom's debut as well. In the film, Sarah (Bloom) is tormented by her past. Putting down roots in Hollywood, she finds her home is a living hell. 1BR also stars: Alan Blumenfeld ("Heroes), Taylor Nichols (Jurassic Park III), Naomi Grossman, Giles Matthey and a few others. A new clip has debuted this week, self-titled "Midnight Roast" and it can be found here.

"Midnight Roast" shows Sarah awoken from her sleep. The smoke detector is going off and nothing is working in her apartment. However, when Sarah gets to her kitchen, events take a turn for the grisly.

1BR is slated to show this July 18th. This first showing will be the film's World Premiere. As well, tickets for the festival go on sale this July 6th. Fans of independent cinema are encouraged to attend this film festival, which is arguably the best in Canada. More details on 1BR are below.
