The Wind Stirs Up a Chilly Breeze in this Official Trailer: Release Details

The Wind is an upcoming horror western from director Emma Tammi. To have its World Premiere tonight (Sept. 10), this title blends genres, on the western frontier, in the 1800s. The Wind's story is told through a series of flashbacks, with settlers experiencing strange visions. As well, The Wind will show at the Toronto International Film Festival, through four days. The film's cast consists of: Caitlin Gerard (Insidious: The Last Key) Julia Goldani Telles (Slender Man) and Ashley Zukerman. The Wind is sure to stir up a chilly breeze with the film's official trailer below.

The story mentions strange premonitions. But, is Lizzy (Gerard) simply paranoid? When a couple moves into a nearby cabin, they too see strange things on the prairie. And, Lizzy laments: "I don't suspect God has much business out here."

The Wind, from writer Teresa Sutherland is dedicated to American folk lore. The film's cinematography, as seen in the trailer, looks amazing. And, this title is sure to play before a packed crowd tonight and throughout the week.
