Previously titled Applecart, Bradford Baruh's Dead Night is set for a Digital release. This mysterious title has already appeared at a couple of film festivals, including Fantastic Fest (World Premiere) and the Cinepocalypse in Chicago. The film stars a number of horror genre favourites, such as: AJ Bowen (You're Next), Barbara Crampton (Beyond the Gates), Brea Grant (Halloween II, 2009) and several others. Today, Dark Sky Films has debuted the film's official trailer, with the official theatrical poster also hosted here.
The story, for Dead Night, begins with a family and a cabin. What could go wrong? Out in the snowy climes of Oregon, they find a woman laying in the woods. They bring her inside. Meanwhile, a figure lurks outside - watching and waiting.
Dark Sky Films will bring Dead Night to Digital platforms, in the late July. The release date is scheduled for July 27th. Horror film fans will be able to find this title on their favourite VOD platforms, on this date. In the mean time, readers can view the trailer here, which shows Leslie (Crampton) acting a bit strangely.
