A Wolf Knocks at North America's Door with Jonas Govaerts' Cub

Foreign horror film fans will want to write August 18th, 2015 on their calendar. This is the date that Artsploitation Films will release Jonas Govaerts' Cub, to the masses. Described as "an enjoyable ride for horror fans (Variety)," this title involves a troupe of scouts and a vicious murdering child werewolf. The film was been well received and this title has been on this film fan's must-see list, for over a year now. The summer will release will be on DVD, with a possible theatrical showing. The film focuses on the young character Sam (Maurice Luijten). Sam is an outcast, but he finds some solidarity in a cub scout group. On a camping trip, Sam is chilled by the rumours of a deadly werewolf, which lurks in the local forest. But, he finds the reality of the situation less threatening, than the fiction. A feral young boy lurks just past the woodline. His murderous intentions lay waste to Sam's fellow scouts and Sam must find a way off the mountain, before it is too late.

Artsploitation Films has released the possible artwork for the DVD. It shows the feral boy, behind a wooden mask. Also, fans of horror are encouraged to watch the bloody trailer for the film, which is hosted below.
