What is Real in this Trailer for The Stranger Inside?

The psychological thriller The Stranger Inside is now in post-production. This title is slated for an appearance at the Berlin Film Festival February 9th. This is director Adam Neutzsky-Wulff's first feature and the film's first trailer is quite mysterious.

This tale begins with Emily (Estella Warren). Emily, an actress, is kidnapped by a depraved fan. Emily seeks solace on a Mediterranean island, with her husband. However, trouble seems to follow Emily. Here, a young woman seduces her husband, while manipulating Emily into madness. What is real and what is imagined? Thriller fans can answer these questions for themselves, with the first trailer for The Stranger Inside hosted below.

Release Date: February 9th, 2013 (Berlin Film Festival).
