Beyond Apollo is a sci-fi thriller from first time director Michael Grodner. The film is adapted from a novel by author Barry Malzberg. In the film, two astronauts are sent off to explore Venus and only one survives. The survivor knows little of what happened to his missing Captain. The film is an investigation of the solo crew member and his harrowing experiences.
The first graphic has been released for Beyond Apollo. The movie poster warns viewers that "some worlds are best left unexplored." As well, a lone cosmonaut is seen hovering in space, with Venus, the red planet, looming in the background.
A trailer will be released for this title soon and cast and crew details are below. Ali Larter (Resident Evil: Extinction), Scott Speedman (The Strangers) and Bill Pullman ("Torchwood") will notably star.
