Preview "The Walking Dead" Season 3 with Five New Stills!

These five new stills for Seas. 3 of "The Walking Dead" tell a story. The biggest tale, seen above, shows the return of Merle Dixon (Michael Rooker). His amputated hand has been replaced with an unnamed metallic object. Dixon will be looking for revenge after being handcuffed and left to die in Seas. 1. Another photo found below introduces David Morrissey as The Governor (David Morrissey). He will be looking to compete with Rick Grimes' group as both sets of characters look for safety in a walled prison.

There are also photos below showing other characters. Micchone (Danai Gurira) again shows her sword fighting prowess. Meanwhile, Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) has improvised his revolver to hold an attached silencer.
