Left 2 Die Creates Ambivalence: First Trailer and Poster

It is amazing how a graphic can really sell a film. The movie poster for David Palmieri's Left 2 Die is dark and mysterious. Dark eyes threaten from the gloom. Yet, a trailer can also leave horror fans with an impression. The first trailer for Left 2 Die is full of jump cuts, short scenes and a caricature in a Halloween mask. The mystery is lost. The tension dissipates. The story only promises tales of a serial killer and something going "horribly wrong." Hopefully, something goes right for this film. Fans of slasher flicks might want to take a closer look at Left 2 Die with the film recently completed. The off-kilter trailer is below.
