The Pastor brothers, Alex and David (Carriers), are set to begin filming a new apocalyptic film. Killing populations off in 2012, The Last Days will be shot in Spanish, with filming to begin shortly. The Last Days has already been pre-bought by The Weinstein Company and based on the tension from the 2009 Carriers, this next film will challenge viewers with tales of pandemics and uncontrollable social anxiety.
This is a new look at a worldwide collapse, as people are forced into their homes with fears of outdoor spaces (agoraphobia). The first poster for the film shows a landscape divided and mostly barren of life. A four point buck taunts those hiding inside and based on the synopsis of The Last Days, this will be an exciting thriller set in the genre of sci-fi.
