Thandie Newton and Cillian Murphy in this First Poster for the Retreat

The apocalypse continues and this time it is an "airborne virus" that is bringing death (Quiet). This is part of the premise for first time director Carl Tibbett's Retreat. This film is currently in production in Wales (Quiet) and at the American Film Market. A showing date has not been announced for the film at the AFM, but here is the first poster.

The poster art shows actors Thandie Newton, Cillian Murphy and Jamie Bell above a lonely, isolated shack. This refuge is the only protection for characters Kate, Martin and a mysterious soldier, as a deadly virus reduces the mainland population to nothing.

A partial synopsis for the Retreat is here:

"A husband and wife rent a remote island cottage while trying to repair their marriage. One day they find a biohazard-suited soldier washed up on the beach, who warns them that everybody on the mainland has been killed by an airborne virus" (Quiet).
