Some recent news on Michael Colburn's The Toy Box has surfaced, with a 2011 release date now certain. The addition of Horrorphiles Entertainment as the production company ensures that his reality based horror film will begin shooting shortly. If you are unfamiliar with the film, The Toy Box covers a serial killer operating in the New Mexico area who is alleged to have killed over sixty people. This statistic is frightening and definitely worthy of coverage. For fans of true stories, the second movie poster for the film is seen left; the teaser trailer is below.
The synopsis for The Toy Box here:
"Based on a True Story : An American serial killer suspected by police to have murdered as many as 60 people; David tortured and presumably killed his victims in a $100,000 homemade torture chamber he called 'The Toy Box'" (The Toy).
Release Date: Second Quarter 2011.
