The Perfect House is the culmination of three stories entitled: The Storm, Chick-en, and Dinner Guest. The three stories unfold in front of newlyweds Mike and Marisol, who are searching for a new home. Except, the latest house they see is the location of murder and neighbours gone very bad. This independent film has a 2010 release scheduled and a blooderific trailer for the feature can be found below.

The synopsis for The Perfect House here:

"Newlyweds Mike and Marisol, are given the tour of their perfect house by a perky real estate Agent. They soon find out their dream home might just have a past. The horrors of this house are revealed through three original tales of terror" (The Perfect).
