The Slime City Massacre Trailer and Polly Staffle Festival Details

The Slime City Massacre, a sequel to 1988's Slime City, has been making the rounds on the film festival circuit since February 2010 and now the film is releasing a full two minute trailer. In the clip Brooke Lewis, Lee Perkins, Debbie Rochon, Jennifer Bihl, Kealan Patrick Burke and many others can be seen devolving into neon mutated creatures. The trailer is almost as bizarre as the plot line that involves mass suicides, mercenaries, mutant cannibals, "Himalayan yogurt," (Slime City) sex cults. Lots happens in this film. The Slime City Massacre will be in Las Vegas May 12th as part of the Polly Staffle Grindhouse Festival, with details inside. So prepare your self and envision a future world covered in slime; help will be provided by the clip inside.

The synopsis for Slime City Massacre here:

"The film takes place seven years in the future, after a dirty bomb has decimated New York City's financial district and reduced midtown to a post apocalyptic nightmare... 'City.' Into this hostile environment arrive Alexa (Jennifer Bihl) and Cory (Kealan Patrick Burke), a draft dodger and an army deserter, hoping to find refuge. In a seemingly deserted building, they encounter Mason (Lee Perkins) and Alice (Debbie Rochon), two hardened survivors who teach them the ropes.

In flashbacks, we see how Zachary Devon (Robert C. Sabin) indoctrinates a prostitute named Nicole (Brooke Lewis) into his 'Coven of Flesh,' and we learn why he and his followers committed mass suicide. When Alexa, Cory, Mason and Alice discover Zachary's home brewed elixir and Himalayan yogurt in the ruins of his soup kitchen, all four characters are possessed by the spirits of Zachary and his followers, with outrageous results. Throw in homeless people, mercenaries, and mutant cannibals, and you have the recipe for an epic battle - the Slime City Massacre" (Slime City).

Release Date: May 12th (Limited Release).

Director/writer: Greg Lamberson.

Cast: Robert C. Sabin, Mary Bogle, and Angelina Leigh.
