In the Dead of Night Something Deadly Stirs

Dead of Night, according to the production blog, has just completed post-production with Italian distribution already finalized. This film is based on the "Dylan Dog" comic book, which this site is not familiar with. In the feature, Dylan plays a "supernatural investigator," (Shock) who journeys "below ground" (Dread) to restore order. Expect Dead of Night to announce a North American release date shortly as the film's blog is confident that distribution will be acquired soon.

A synopsis for Dead of Night here:

"In the film Dylan Dog (Brandon Routh) is forced back into his nightmare investigations after he is approached by a woman who claims to have seen her father brutally murdered by a mysterious creature. With his street smarts, his gun, and a set of paranormal weapons, Dylan attempts to restore order both above and below ground" (Dread).

Release Date: 2010.
