Totem Brings Breakfast Back Up in this Preview and Clip (Out Oct. 31st)

Totem is an upcoming horror film from notorious director Marcel Sarmiento (Deadgirl, 2008). The film was written by Evan Dickson. And, Totem involves a young girl, saving her family from a supernatural entity. This title will be showing through Video-on-demand, at the end of the month (on Halloween!). As well, a couple of clips were released for the film - this week. The "Cat Hair" clip is hosted here, along with the film's official poster.

The short clip brings the family together, for breakfast. An argument ensues and one character is left behind with a glass of orange juice. But, this is not your regular pulp as a long of strand of hair enters the picture.

Totem is both a supernatural thriller and a horror film. After releasing on October 31st, this title will show on HBO, in early November. And, the last word goes to writer Dickson who says of the film and its genre: "it’s definitely a ‘supernatural horror movie’ we’re also attempting to subvert a few archetypes" (UHM).
