Black Fawn Films Brings a Tormenting Twin to the Screen with Let Her Out

Canadian production house Black Fawn Films continues to develop indie horror features. Recently, they have completed: Bite (2015), Antisocial 2 (2015), The Sublet (2015) and Bed of the Dead (2016). Their latest is titled Let Her Out. This feature deals with a young women, who has a twin growing inside her. Similar in story to Jason Bognacki's Another (2014), this "vanishing twin" turns Helen's (Alanna LeVierge) life into a living hell. The first trailer for the film has been released and fans of indie horror can find it here.

For more on the story, Helen suffers a traumatic accident. This accident causes blackouts and strange behaviour. Helen becomes unhinged as a tumour begins to ascend in power. And, she must find a way to free herself of this disturbing manifestation.

Black Fawn Films is one of the busiest production houses in the country. While an early screener of Bed of the Dead did not wow this critic, Bite has received praise on 28DLA. A review of Bite is available here: A Bite Movie Review (Kenna Rae). This horror focused studio continues to innovate in the genre, with more on Let Her Out coming soon.
