The Original Walking Dead - Ray Bradbury's Pillar of Fire Shows at the Avalon Expo

The Avalon Expo is coming to St. John's, Newfoundland, next year. This horror convention will also host a performance of Ray Bradbury's Pillar of Fire, by actor Bill Oberst Jr. This festival will begin in the summer of 2016. And, this performance tells the tale of a walking dead hero. Controversial in 1948 and entertaining in 2015 and 2016, a preview of this one man performance is hosted here.

Bill Oberst Jr. has performed this stage play several times. At the Hollywood Fringe Festival, Pillar of Fire won a Platinum Award. Oberst says of this sold out showing and of the play " Pillar of Fire is the original zombie story; the hero is a walking dead man who hates the living. It's also the most eloquent defense of Halloween and horror ever written."Pillar of Fire will continue to take horror conventions by storm throughout 2016, with more showing dates to be announced soon.
