It is Guerrilla Surgery in this Clip for The Green Inferno

Tagline: "Fear will eat you alive."

An appendectomy takes place in this Red Band Clip for The Green Inferno. The patient, who is obviously in pain, is given a numbing agent. Then, the witch doctor goes to work, to release the inflamed body part. His body part disposal method is bizarre. But, everything turns out fine, in this short movie clip. The Green Inferno will release in theatres, on September 25th and fans of cannibals, or of Eli Roth's film work can preview the film here.

The film's story begins with a group of activists. They are out to save the rainforest, but they end up as food, instead. Their plane goes down in a remote jungle and the locals have to feed themselves. The results are bloody, with no body part wasted.

The Green Inferno marks director Eli Roth's return to horror in film. He has been absent from this format for over six years. Hostel II (2007) was Roth's most recent film work. And, he will helm Knock Knock, which will complete later this year. More on Roth's latest is hosted below.
