Something From the Dark Comes to DVD on April 14th, 2015

Dark Sky Films is getting set to release the darkness. From the Dark, from Irish director Conor McMahon (Stitches), follows a couple trapped in the dark. They must use light to stay away from a loathsome creature. Focusing more on horror, than comedy, this true horror feature will release April 14th, 2015, on multiple platforms.

The film begins with Sarah (Niamh Algar) and Mark (Stephen Cromwell). Together, they are on holiday in the Irish countryside. Their car gives out. Then, they become lost and disoriented. Mark is injured and a creature lurks in the darkness. How will they survive the night?

A trailer has not been released for the film. However, the film's official movie poster is hosted here. The graphic shows one character with a lantern; a monster looms below. Blood reds haunt the sky, with the tagline stating: "Pray for Dawn." Dawn might not be coming for this couple. All available details for the release are hosted here.
