The Pyramid is Unearthed in Your Crypt this May 5th, 2015: A Preview

Grégory Levasseur's (High Tension, The Hills Have Eyes) The Pyramid is set to debut on home entertainment platforms. The release takes place in early May, 2015. Fans of creature features are encouraged to dig up this title. The film deals with a group of archaeologists and one of the most ancient pyramids ever built. An ancient evil lies just below the surface. As well, a preview for The Pyramid's release is hosted here.

Developed by producer Alexandre Aja (Mirrors, P2), The Pyramid release will host lots of special features. Available on the Blu-ray and DVD release, the extras hosted include: a new extended ending, a "Partners" featurette, a "Fear" featurette, "Space Archaeology," "Egyptian Myths" and an image gallery. All of these special tidbits will be available, beginning May 5th on DVD, Blu-ray and Video-on-demand. A review of this feature will be posted on 28DLA, shortly.
