You Need to Roll Up Your Sleeve in this Preview for Bloodworx

Bloodworx is a film of many names. It has been known as Bloodwork, Phase One and The Experiment. This time the film will be released as Bloodworx in the United States. The release date is set for this October 21st and Bloodworx will release on DVD, on this date. Bloodworx is a horrifying title, in which experiments go very wrong and very bloody. As well, the film stars Travis van Winkle (Transformers), Tricia Helfer (“Battlestar Gallactica”), John Bregar, Mircea Monroe and the prolific actor Eric Roberts. For more on the story, Greg (Van Winkle) and Rob (Brejar) are two college students, with a desperate need for cash. They decide to take part in an experiment for allergies. But, this scientific experiment is not what it appears to be. After the bait and switch is revealed, Greg and Rob must fight for their lives, while trying to find a way out of this isolated lab.

Bloodworx was developed by Lightning Entertainment. Also, the film was distributed in a few territories in 2012, before finding a release in North America. MTI Home Video will release this title, but the DVD release will host only few extras. Fans of horror can find the film's official North American trailer below.
