Director John McNaughton Returns to the Screen with Horror Feature The Harvest

A slate of films has been announced for the Fantasia International Film Festival. This festival begins July 17th, 2014, in Montreal, QC and John McNaughton's (Wild Things) The Harvest will be in attendance. This horror title was completed in 2012 and shot in southern France. Soon, the film will be available for viewing and a preview of the film's attendance at Fantasia is here.

The Harvest involves a seriously ill child and a strange teen neighbour. Andy (Charlie Tahan) must live in a controlled environment, but the neighbour lures him out of the safety of his home. But, Andy cannot survive for long outside of medically controlled room. How long can Andy survive?

In 2013, a teaser trailer was released for The Harvest. Horror fans can view the movie clip below. The clip has been edited as an homage to the Texas Chainsaw Massacre (1974) and the chainsaw-irific trailer is below, along with more details on The Harvest.
