Malignant Offers a Life Ending Rehabilitation Program in this First Trailer

An official trailer has been released for Brian Avenet-Bradley's (Dark Remains) horror feature, Malignant. The trailer shows one man tormented by both addiction and a pseudo-doctor and sadist. Malignant stars Gary Cairns (Daylight's End) and Brad Dourif. Cairns plays Allex, one man trying to get his life back together and Dourif plays the crazed doctor. As well, the film will debut through several video-on-demand formats May 22nd, 2014, before releasing in one theatre May 28th. The disturbing trailer is below.

Story details will have to be gleaned from the trailer. However, director Avenet-Bradley has revealed that Allex has lost his wife as he desperately seeks out treatment for his addictions. Allex has chosen the wrong rehabilitation program, though.

Malignant will be released in over twenty video-on-demand formats (Comcast, Rogers on Demand). Gravitas Ventures has secured a wide digital release for the film. The film will also have a one night showing in Hollywood, at The Silent Movie Theatre. Details on the release are hosted below, along with two exclusive stills from the film.
