Director Paul Tanter (Jack Falls) has completed production on the feature Shame the Devil. Tanter has dealt mostly with crime thrillers in the past (Essex Boys Retribution), but his latest is set squarely in the horror genre. Shame the Devil stars Simon Phillips (Jack Says), Juliette Bennett, Will de Meo and horror veteran Doug Bradley (Hellraiser). And, this feature has a new trailer, which is hosted below.
The story for the film is very Saw-esque as characters must face the truth of their lives. If they lie, then they die. A London detective, James (Phillips), must do his best to end this killer's reign of terror.
Shame the Devil will release in the United Kingdom June 23rd, 2014. A release in North America is still forthcoming, but fans of horror can preview the film here.
