Preview Wolf Creek 2 with this Terrifying Trailer

Wolf Creek 2 is a sequel which has been in the works for quite some time. The original film was released in 2005. This title has been in development for at least five years, with financial troubles hampering production. But now, Mick Taylor (John Jarratt), the feared serial killer of the Australian outback, is ready to begin a second wave of terror. Some of that terror can be seen in the first trailer for Wolf Creek 2, which is hosted below.

This time around, Mick is still stalking the Wolf Creek Crater. He is hunting for a group of backpackers: Rutger (Phillipe Klaus), Katarina (Shannon Ashlyn) and Paul (Ryan Corr). His prey escapes his trap. And soon, Mick is in hot pursuit, down the barren backroads of the desolate outback, in search of more murder.

The first trailer shows Mick hunting these characters. The clip also reveals some of Mick's stranger beliefs. Apparently, Mick is a better breed, compared to others. As well, Wolf Creek 2 will release in Australia in February of 2014 and a release date for North America is still to be revealed. Horror fans can enjoy the clip below.
