Serial Killer Mick Taylor Returns in Wolf Creek 2: Early Photos

The monster of the Australian outback, Mick Taylor, is back! Wolf Creek fans will be pleasantly surprised to learn that Wolf Creek 2 has completed production. And, several stills have been released from the shoot. Wolf Creek 2 stars John Jarratt (Mick Taylor), Ryan Corr and Shannon Ashlyn. Greg Mclean (Rogue) has directed the sequel, from Aaron Sterns' script.

The film follows a similar plot structure as the first film. The serial killer Mick Taylor is again hunting travellers near the Wolf Creek Crater. But, two backpackers manage to get away. Here, the film turns into a bit of a road movie as Taylor pursues his latest victims, in order to bring them back to his bloody lair.

Several stills have been released for Wolf Creek 2. Mick Taylor can be seen with his old pick up truck and rifle (above). In another photo, the character Paul Hammersmith (Corr) is seen in a dark cave, likely looking for a missing friend. This title will release February 20th, in Australia and horror fans can preview the film here.
