Director Hakan Yildiz is Set to Shoot the Horrors of Istanbul in "Private Room"

It is interesting to see horror in film developing across the world. In Turkey, director Hakan Yildiz (Bloody Weekend) is getting set to shoot his tension filled title "Private Room." This is a short film from Sweet Dream Productions, which will begin shooting in Istanbul, Turkey this Summer.

The film follows a brother and sister duo. Kristian (Yildiz) and Leise (Denise Teipel) set their travel sights on Istanbul. Once there, they tour the city and its many landmarks. But, something strange occurs. Their apartment, which is shared with other tourists, hosts a violent man. And, this character may be responsible for the death of another. Kristian and Leise will have to confront their fears, or become another victim of this madman.

The first official poster for "Private Room" has been released (above). And, this title is expected to tour several North American horror film festivals, including: Shriekfest, Screamfest, the Chicago Horror Film Festival and more. Other details on the film can be found below.
