Characters Are Not Who They Appear to be in Christopher Glatis' Dose of Reality

It is after hours and a young woman is found beaten in a bathroom. There are only two other people in the building. So, who is to blame? This is the basic premise for Christopher Glatis' Dose of Reality, which is slated for a March 26th release date.

Fans of thrillers can view the film's official trailer below. The clip shows actress Fairuza Balk (The Craft) as Rose. She seems disoriented and hostile when she awakens from unconsciousness. But, she cannot name her attacker. Rick Ravanello (The Cave) plays Tony, "a shady bar manager," while Ryan Merriman (The Ring 2) is Matt. Matt is accused of the deed, until he is able to clear his name. Cinephiles can view the trailer for Dose of Reality below.
