Peer into The Butterfly Room's Mystery with this Updated Trailer and Poster

The Butterfly Room is a mystery starring Barbara Steele (Shivers), Ray Wise (Jeepers Creepers 2) and Heather Langenkamp (A Nightmare on Elm Street). The film premiered at the Brussels International Fantastic Film Festival earlier this year (2012). The Butterfly Room has shown in other films festivals, including a stop in Paris, France. Meanwhile, the film is without a North American release date, despite being filmed in Los Angeles, California.

The film deals with an estranged woman, Ann, who befriends the young Alice. Alice discovers some of Ann's secrets, which are only partially revealed in the trailer below. Alice is only able to find support in Ann's daughter, Dorothy. Dorothy believes Alice's disturbing tales and a confrontation looms.

The Butterfly Room has recently released a new poster (above) and an updated trailer through Tombstone Distribution. The updated material alludes to the films thrilling nature. Hopefully, this title will find a distribution date soon, to satisfy film fans.
