The Collapsed DVD Release Details for the UK/America

Writer/director Justin McConnell could not be any happier. His dark apocalyptic thriller The Collapsed played to rave reviews, awards and nomination in the festival circuit. And now it is set for release June 5th by Anchor Bay for America and June 11th by Lionsgate Films for the UK.

“It feels like the perfect home for The Collapsed,” says McConnell. “ Anchor Bay is a company I’ve proudly collected titles from while growing up, and I’m proud to have a film on their roster.”

The video release promises some interesting new documentaries and easter eggs. For true enthusiasts, The Collapsed DVD will have a special QR code, to give true believers a deeper look into the making of this film in a feature length documentary titled, “Apocalypse on a Budget.”
