A Youth Gang Faces and Triumphs Over Alien Creatures in this Trailer for Attack the Block

Attack the Block is a sci-fi thriller, which is being released by Optimum Releasing this year. The first territory to see this creatures-gone-wild feature is the United Kingdom, with a May 11th theatrical release. Other territory showings are soon to be announced. The film itself pits a youth gang against a group of alien marauders. This second group crashes lands in East London and here they find an equally aggressive race. Check out the tongue-in-cheek trailer below, from the producers of Shaun of the Dead (James Biddle, Nira Park).

"Attack the Block is a fast, funny, frightening action adventure movie that pits a teen gang against an invasion of savage alien monsters. It turns a London housing estate into a sci-fi playground.
