On the Inside Starring Nick Stahl to Release on DVD January, 2011

On the Inside was formally named Northwood. Now, this prison thriller will be available January 2011 on DVD, after a limited theatrical release. The film stars Nick Stahl (Mirrors 2), Olivia Wilde (Tron: Legacy), and Dash Mihok (I Am Legend). All of these actors play characters housed in a psychiatric mental institution, where murder and rape are part of the routine. That is, until one man fights back. The film's synopsis:

"Allen Meneric is committed to a psychiatric institution for the criminally insane because of a brutal revenge murder. There he is forced to deal with the very ill and the dangerous until, as part of a socialization program, he is transferred to minimum security where he meets Mia, a beautiful bipolar female inmate. Ever haunted by his past, Allen seeks his redemption when sudden events demand that he protect Mia from the violence and chaos of the institution" (On the Inside).
