Dreamworks Pictures Releases a Brilliant Trailer for Michael Bay's I Am Number Four

Another trailer has been released by Dreamworks Pictures for the sci-fi picture I Am Number Four.This is a teen styled drama, slated for a theatrical release February 18th, 2011. I Am Number Four will also release in IMAX theatres on this date.

The picture is about an adolescent with "powerful new abilities," (Trailer) who inadvertently falls in love with someone who has the similar talents. Of course, villains try to harness his special skills for their own devious designs, but when John Smith (Alex Pettyfer) fights back - he must die!

I Am Number Four is a film partially helmed by Michael Bay, so expect lots of explosions and action. The trailer is inside for your critique, along with a second poster.

The film's plot is broken down here:

"Three are dead. Who is Number Four? D.J. Caruso (Disturbia) helms an action-packed thriller about an extraordinary teen, John Smith (Alex Pettyfer), who is a fugitive on the run from ruthless enemies sent to destroy him. Changing his identity, moving from town to town with his guardian Henri (Timothy Olyphant), John is always the new kid with no ties to his past. In the small Ohio town he now calls home, John encounters unexpected, life-changing events—his first love (Dianna Agron), powerful new abilities and a connection to the others who share his incredible destiny" (Trailer Addict).
