Hatchet 2 with a World Premiere at Frightfest 2010 and Two Character Photos

Adam Green's Hatchet 2 will have a World Premiere at this year's London Frightfest and now the film has two character photos from the production (UHM). Tony Todd appears left as character Reverend Zombie with Danielle Harris below as Marybeth. The film will push "the gore boundaries" and Green states of this latest picture: "the sequel is going to be for people that liked the first one and if you didn’t like it, then don’t see it" (UHM). "Picking up right where the splatter-tastic original ended, Marybeth escapes the clutches of the deformed, swamp-dwelling iconic killer Victor Crowley. After learning the truth about her family’s connection to the hatchet-wielding madman, Marybeth returns to the Louisiana swamps along with an army of hunters to recover the bodies of her family and exact the bloodiest revenge against the bayou butcher" (Fright).

Release Date: August 26th, 2010 (Limited Show).
