Get Visually Bllinsided by Someone's Knocking at the Door

Take a break from the daily grind and step into the surreal with Someone's Knocking at the Door. The film will be on DVD May 25th and the plotline involves attacks from a serial killing family known as the Hoppers. The Hoppers do not like to use the usual slice and dice, but instead they use an overgrown phallus to kill their victims. This is only one of several elements that make the film very "sexually deviant" (Bloody). The film was a delight at the Toronto 2009 After Dark Film Festival and here the film will develop a cult following on DVD. Have a look at the ridiculous trailer below (mature audiences only).

The synopsis for Someone's Knocking at the Door:

"In this genre-defying grind-house throwback, a group of drug-addled, sexually deviant medical students are systematically terrorized by Wilma and John Hopper. The Hoppers, serial murderers and rapists, mysteriously return from the 1970s, and bring horrifying psychedelia with them. With comedy, subversion, satire and true gore, the students must face escalating attacks, shocking circumstances and visceral disgust" (Bloody).
