The Reeds Look Bloodthirsty in this New One-sheet

The Reeds is a Funnyman Films production that will release January 29th with several other titles in the 2010 Horrorfest Film Festival. Financed by Screen East, Siverstream Productions, Altadena Films, Delacheroy Films, and Di Dragon, The Reeds now has a final, bloodier, film poster (click for a better look). Showing endless lines of tall grass this one-sheet centers on the tagline "No Outs." The Reeds official poster also displays dark reds that fade into blackness. Eerie and sinister enough for a horror festival, The Reeds movie poster stands out as being one of the better film posters to be released, despite the simplicity of the picture. Have a look for yourselves at the poster, synopsis and the cast right here.

An overview of The Reeds:

"In the film, a weekend boating trip through the Norfolk Broads becomes a deadly ordeal for six 20-something year old friends who lose their bearings in the vast reedy tidewaters. Chances of escape and hopes for survival diminish as inexplicable forces terrorize the lost and terrified group."

Release Date: January 29, 2010 (Theatrical).

Director: Nick Cohen.

Writer: Chris Baker, and Mark Anthony Galluzzo.
