Lake Mungo One-Sheet and Horrorfest 4 Announcement

An early look at Lake Mungo uncovers only more mystery and intrigue, as the film centers around the haunting of Alice Palmer. Lake Mungo is the third officially announced film for the Horror Fest 2010 film festival and the first poster can be seen left. As well, a trailer can be seen for this feature here, that looks both suspenseful and eerie all in one. Check out the synopsis below.

A synopsis for Lake Mungo here:

"In Lake Mungo, sixteen-year-old Alice Palmer drowns while swimming in the local dam. When her body is recovered and a verdict of accidental death returned, her grieving family buries her. The family then experiences a series of strange and inexplicable events centered in and around their home. Profoundly unsettled, the Palmers seek the help of psychic and parapsychologist, Ray Kemeny. Ray discovers that Alice led a secret, double life. A series of clues lead the family to Lake Mungo where Alice’s secret past emerges (Horror Fest 4)."
