Paramount Pictures acquires Max Brook's novel "World War Z: An Oral History of the Zombie War," for a six figure deal. This sequel to Brook's "The Zombie Survival Guide," is now working towards finishing the script for possible production later this year or 2010. I've been looking for this book for some time now, and have been anticipating the movie ever since I heard paramount purchased the rights. Sadly the book has been sold out nearly every time i check Barnes and noble upon reading this I'm going to order it on amazon in preparation for the movie.
I read Brooks' "The Zombie Survival Guide," but not this latest one. From reviews the second book sounds better than the first.
