Underworld: Rise of the Lycans Early Preview

In a much earlier and darker time a young Lycan, Lucian gathers the hordes of werewolves to wage ware against Viktor, the vampire King and his undead army. However, Viktor is already plotting to enslave the Lycans in order to create an unstoppable army, that will dominate the world.

In the final battle between these two mythical forces only one race can rule while the other must return to the tales of legend (Rotten...).

Rating: PG-13 for violence and suggestion of sexuality.

Starring: Rhona Mitra (Sonja), Bill Nighy (Viktor), Michael Sheen (Lucian), and Shane Brolly.

Director: Patrick Tatopoulos.

"Underworld: Rise of the Lycans," is a prequel to the previous two "Underworld," movies, and with Kate Beckinsdale's character absent this film will have to work that much harder to appeal to the "Underworld," fan base. On the other hand, Michael Sheen as Lucian and Bill Nighy as Viktor reprise their roles and will act as a bridge for the previous two films, thereby opening the door for a continuation to this franchise.
