A Terror from Detroit Unleashed in Devil's Night: Dawn of the Nain Rouge this June

Devil's Night: Dawn of the Nain Rouge is a film based on Detroit folklore. Supernatural in form, the presence of this character portends danger and bad luck. From director Sam Khaleghi, this title is slated to show in the United States in June. The film stars: Jesi Jensen (Dark Iris), Nathan Kane Mathers (Eminem's brother) and Swifty McVay. A trailer and a poster have been released recently; both items can be found below.

Khaleghi has talked about Devil's Night: Dawn of the Nain Rouge. He says of the characters and story: "I wanted to craft a character story about this young woman...finding her place with her small town police department...but setting it around the circumstances of a creature of urban legend from Detroit (Joblo)." That creature is the villain in the film, taking the lives of those in the city. Khaleghi also mentions the creature feature selling points of the film: "if you like police/crime thrillers and creature features, I think this may be for you." That monster can be seen in the film's trailer, which is hosted here.

Cinedigm Corp will bring this supernatural thriller to audiences on June 23rd. On this date, Devil's Night: Dawn of the Nain Rouge will be available on Digital platforms and on DVD. As well, a soundtrack has been released for the film, partially composed by Mathers. A few more details are below.
