The Light in Widow's Point Draws a Spirit: First Trailer

Widow's Point is a horror film based on a best selling book. The book was written by both Billy and Richard Chizmar, with Gregory Lamberson (Slime City Massacre) adapting the book for screen. This title was shot in Dunkirk, New York. And, the story focuses on a horror writer, who holes up in an old, haunted lighthouse. Hoping for a decent publicity event, Thomas (Craig Sheffer) finds a more supernatural force waiting for him. Also starring KateLynn E. Newberry, a new trailer was released for Widow's Point and the clip can be found here.

As well, sales agent Devil Works has debuted a new film poster, for the film. The graphic shows the central setting, an old lighthouse. Below, a red garbed spirit homes in on the light as a white fog fills the background.

Widow's Point has already shown at a number of film festivals. From Buffalo Dreams to the Puerto Rico Film Festival, this title has shown at close to a dozen film festivals. Now, Widow's Point is getting ready for a wider release, with a specific release date set to be announced soon.
