Stephen King's The Outsider Adapted for HBO: Series' Details and Trailer

The Outsider is a series adaptation from Stephen King's work, of the same name. The Outsider was originally released, in book form, in 2018. Now, HBO is set to bring the material to audiences in January. The series involves a brutal murder of a young boy, with a supernatural force haunting the crime scene. The Outsider centrally stars: Jason Bateman ("Ozark") and Ben Mendelsohn (The Dark Knight Rises). The series will run ten episodes. And, a trailer for this release is below.

The clip shows the discovery of a body. Immediately there is a suspect, but this character was at another locale during the murder. Events get heated as detectives search for clues. And, a spiritual element shows itself, near the end of the clip.

The Outsider will debut on HBO in the U.S. and on Crave, in Canada. The showing date has been slotted for January 12th. And, horror fans may want to look out for this series, which promises both mystery and a strange supernatural element. All of the available details on The Outsider are below.
