Nicolas Winding Refn's "Too Old to Die Young" Brings Gritty Violence to the Screen in this First Trailer

This film fan is not an avid series watcher. Though, this year's "The Rain" and "The Chalet" were very good. Nicolas Winding Refn's "Too Old to Die Young" might change all that. This Amazon Prime Original is set to show 10 episodes in 2019. The first trailer has been released today. Very much a crime thriller, "Too Old to Die Young" is set in Los Angeles as a grieving police officer takes out his pain on the various criminal cartels and gangs. The trailer should not be missed.

Some of the casting for "Too Old to Die Young" has been announced. This series stars: Miles Teller (Only the Brave) William Baldwin (Silver) Celestino Cornielle (The Fate of the Furious) Neill Tiger Free, John Hawkes and many others. This show was also co-created with Ed Brubaker. Finally, cinema fans will recognize Refn's work on films such as Drive (2011), Only God Forgives (2013) and The Neon Demon (2016). He looks set to bring the crime thriller to new heights, with this trailer emphasizing the grittiness and violent nature of the series!
