Owen Egerton's Blood Fest Bring Horror's Most Iconic Monsters to Austin's SXSW

Owen Egerton's (Follow, 2016) Blood Fest will have its World Premiere, in Austin. The film will be part of the SXSW Film Festival, in Texas. In the film, several friends arrive at a carnival, hosted by an iconic horror showman. But, the show turns from fantasy into reality, with the characters chased by a group of masked killers. Blood Fest stars: Robbie Kay (Hannibal Rising, 2007), Seychelle Gabriel ("Falling Skies"), Jacob Batalon, Barbara Dunkelman and many more. A trailer for this horror title was released this week and it can be found below.

The trailer shows some of the film's action. In the first few seconds, villains - in pig masks - break out the chainsaws. Everyone else heads for the hills. The survivors find refuge in an old cabin, until killer clowns and vampires turn up. Then, it is just a countdown until the end.

Blood Fest will show on March 9th, in Texas. This release will be followed by another, on the Rooster Teeth Productions' website. First tier subscribers will be able to view the film. And, Blood Fest promises to bring horror fans their favourite horror characters, before the final curtain call. More details on Blood Fest are below.
