Workers Get the Axe in this First Trailer for Mayhem

The first trailer for Joe Lynch's (Chillerama, 2011) Mayhem has been released. It shows a group of office workers turning on each other, after infectious material is introduced into the building. One part Dawn of the Dead (1978) and one part Office Space (1999), the film stars: Steven Yeun ("The Walking Dead"), Samara Weaving ("Ash vs Evil Dead") and several others. The film's first trailer is reminiscent of still another film, The Belko Experiment (2016). And, that clip can be found here.

Yeun plays Derek. He has just lost his job. But, the tables turn on his managers, when a virus is let loose. Now, Derek is looking for revenge, after this slight. Everyone is in the crosshairs as chaos ensues.

Mayhem has a wide release set for November. In October, the film will have a Los Angeles premiere. The wide release is set for November 10th, through Video-on-demand. The film will see a few theatres on this date, as well. On October 7th, Mayhem will show at the Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood.
